If something doesn’t work

If your download link fails, or a file won’t open on your device, email [email protected] with your order number. We will send the files again, and refund you in full if we can’t fix it.

If the book isn’t what you expected

Email us within 30 days of buying and we will refund you, no explanation needed. Ebooks can’t be returned, so we simply take your word for it.

Bought by mistake

If you bought the same book twice, or bought a book you already own, email us and we will refund the duplicate.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the PayPal account or card you paid with, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank. We refund the full amount you paid, including any tax.

Before you open a dispute

Please email us first. We would rather refund you straight away than have you wait on a payment dispute, and we read every message.
